1. How long will my treats reach me?
To ensure freshness of our products, please allow us 4 to 6 working days to process and ship your orders out upon confirmation and payment of order. Do rest assure that our products are never mass-produced. We dehydrate all products to completely strip off all moisture before oven blasting the treats once more to eliminate all pathogens.
Our treats are dehydrated at a safe temperature of 80°C. We would generally bake the treats in the oven at a higher temperate of 150°C in order to ensure that all Pathogens are eliminated.
Please rest assure that we use only fresh ingredients. We assure you that your furkid's well-being is our utmost priority and we would never risk jeopardising anyone's health.
3. How do I store the treats?
If stored at room temperature, we would recommend consumption within 1 month after the safety seal has been opened. It can be kept up to 3 months if refrigerated. There's an oxygen absorbent packet included in the treat that is used to absorb up to 99% of the oxygen that is present in a sealed environment. With the use of the oxygen absorber, it can extend the shelf-life of the treats and they also help keeping Pathogens from growing in the treats.

5. I would like to cancel my order.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request, unless you're open to a cancellation without refunds.
